Resetting yum Repository (Centos)


If your yum repo’s are screwed and you want to reset them, the easiest and the fastest way to fix them is

yum –noplugins update yum

Voila!

    As an edit to your command it should be:

    yum –noplugins update yum

    VA:F [1.9.13_1145]

    As an edit to your command it should be:

    “yum –noplugins update yum” (2 dashes for noplugins)
